Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions. While rice is cooking, prepare beef.
  2. In medium bowl combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili garlic sauce, brown sugar and lime juice. Stir and set aside.
  3. In large skillet over medium high heat, heat vegetable oil. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 6 minutes. Use spatula or wooden spoon to break into crumbles as it cooks.
  4. Add onions, garlic, bell peppers and Thai chilis to pan. Cook until onions and bell peppers are just softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add sauce to pan and cook until sauce begins to thicken. Stir in fresh Thai basil leaves until just wilted.
  6. Into each bowl, spoon 1 cup Jasmine rice. Top with Thai basil beef.
  7. Garnish with additional Thai basil, lime slices and/or Thai chili peppers. Serve immediately.
