Instructions

  1. In small saucepan over medium heat, heat plant-based milk until warm but not boiling.
  2. To saucepan, add beet juice/beet powder, maple syrup/honey, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger and salt and whisk well or use frother or immersion blender for extra creaminess and foam.
  3. Serve in mug as-is, or top with sprinkle of cinnamon or cacao powder.
