Ingredients
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup maple almond butter
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In large bowl, stir together oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and baking powder.

In separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup, egg and vanilla extract.

Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Stir in strawberries and blueberries. Reserve a few berries for topping.

Pour mixture into baking dish. Top with remaining berries.

Bake 40 minutes or until top is golden and oatmeal is set. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
