Instructions

  1. In food processor, pulse together all fritter ingredients until dough forms.
  2. Place dough in mixing bowl. Using hands, divide into small balls and press to flatten each ball into patty. (Note: If dough is too sticky, oil hands before forming patties to prevent dough from sticking.)
  3. In skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook patties 2-3 minutes or until both sides are golden-brown.
  4. Serve fritters as is or with sour cream of choice.

Note:

  1. Store fritters in airtight container in refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze 2-3 months.
