- 3-1/4 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 lemon zested
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare loaf pan with cooking spray.
