Instructions

  1. In French oven pot over medium-high heat on stovetop, sauté chicken in olive oil 10 minutes. Add onions and peppers and sauté another 10 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, cover and lower heat to simmer 1 hour.
  3. Serve dish with crusty bread or over pasta.
