- 24 oz. chicken breast cooked
- 3 oz. crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 4 oz. pepitas
- 12 large strawberries quartered
Dressing
- 12 cups roughly chopped strawberries
- 2 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 2 tsp. champagne vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- Pinch black pepper
- 6 large basil leaves
