When it comes to sweet treats, cracker toffee couldn’t be simpler or more satisfying. Your salty-sweet (and crunchy!) fix will be so gratified, you’ll struggle to restrain yourself from going back for more. This gluten-free Easter rendition includes a layer of Simple Mills almond flour crackers soaked in a butter and brown sugar mixture, then baked and topped with vanilla frosting. Colorful sprinkles and sprouted pumpkin seeds add a touch of spring to this festive recipe. Switch out the frosting for chocolate and sprinkles for walnuts and you have a year-round dessert recipe.
