Ingredients
Donuts
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup apple cider unsweetened
- 1 brown egg
- 1 Tbsp. flax seed meal
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Glaze
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. apple cider unsweetened
- 2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter unsweetened
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Use 3-inch silicone donut molds or doughnut pan sprayed with non-stick spray.

In medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients to dry and combine until well combined.

Fill each cavity 2/3 full. (Note: For easier filling of molds or pan, add batter to pastry bag and pipe into cavities.)

Bake 10-15 minutes or until donuts look dry.

Allow to rest in molds 2 minutes. Gently release from mold onto wire rack to cool completely.
Glaze

In small bowl, whisk together peanut butter and apple cider until smooth. (Note: Glaze will not harden.)

Onto completely cooled donuts, drizzle glaze using spoon, or fill small sandwich bag with glaze and pipe it.
