Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. skin-on chicken thighs and/or drumsticks

Sauce

Garnish

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In bowl, whisk together all orange sauce ingredients.
  2. In 8x8-inch baking pan, arrange chicken and pour sauce over to coat. Add orange slices.
  3. Bake 40-45 minutes until internal temperature of chicken is 180 degrees F.
  4. To serve, remove orange slices and squeeze them over chicken. Top with parsley.
