 - 2 cups coconut milk
 - ½ Tbsp. maple syrup
 - 1 pitted date
 - ½ tsp. cinnamon
 - 1/2 tsp. ginger
 - 1/2 tsp. cardamom
 - 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
 - 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
