Instructions

  1. In bowl, mix together all ingredients except oil and use hands to form into 8 patties.
  2. In large frying pan over medium-low heat, heat coconut oil or avocado oil and arrange patties. Fry about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  3. Serve with or over mixed greens, cabbage or kale.
  4. Top with aioli or favorite dipping sauce.
