Ingredients
Chocolate Protein Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup Aloha Chocolate Sea Salt Protein Drink
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Fruit Spring Rolls
- 6 spring roll rice wrappers
- 3 kiwi sliced
- 1 pint strawberries sliced
- 2 mangos cut into matchsticks
- 1 orange peeled and sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chopped
- Optional: Small handful fresh mint leaves
Instructions

In bowl, whisk together chocolate dipping sauce ingredients. Transfer sauce to fridge.

Fill separate shallow bowl with warm water. Submerge one sheet rice wrapper in water for 5 seconds and transfer to a clean, damp dish towel.

Arrange fruit and optional mint leaves neatly in center of wrapper.

Fold long end of wrapper over filling, fold sides toward center and finish rolling long end to create a sealed spring roll.

Repeat process with remaining rice wrappers.
