Gooey S’mores Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. marshmallow fluff
- 1 –2 Tbsp. chocolate chips chopped
- 1 –2 Tbsp. graham crackers crumbled
Instructions

In small pot, bring water and salt to boil.

Add oats and vanilla extract and reduce heat to medium low. Cook, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

Spoon hot oatmeal into your bowl of choice.

Add marshmallow fluff using spoon and very gently swirl it into oatmeal.

Using a kitchen torch, lightly torch the fluff until golden.

Sprinkle chocolate and graham cracker crumbs over top.
