Filled with vegan cookie dough, these no-bake chocolate cups put the CAN back in “candy”! Not only are they little bites of yumminess, they’re also good for you. Because they’re wholesomely made with grain-free nut flour, honey, sunflower butter and no refined sugar (not even in the chocolate!), they’re packed with nutrients like protein and magnesium. Afternoon pick-me-up, anyone?

Instructions

  1. On plate, arrange 12 mini paper muffin tin liners.
  2. In medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except chocolate. Add 1/3 cup chocolate chunks and combine with hands.
  3. In saucepan over low heat, melt remaining chocolate until liquefied, about 2 minutes.
  4. Spoon chocolate into each cup to fill bottom, top with cookie dough, then cover with more melted chocolate.
  5. Refrigerate 20 minutes until chocolate hardens.
