Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Transfer mixture to prepared pan and press down.
  4. Chill in fridge for 20 minutes. Cut into 12 bars.

Recipe Notes

If desired, use maple syrup in place of monkfruit.
