Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut whipping cream
- 2 cups organic cashews soaked overnight
- 20 g organic cacao butter melted
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 3 Tbsp. organic maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean paste or pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. ceremonial-grade matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
Optional toppings
- 4 Frozen raspberries
- Mango slices
- 1 tsp. Fresh or toasted coconut
- 1 tsp. Chopped pistachios

Instructions

In double boiler, melt cacao butter.

In food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until creamy consistency is reached.
