Pumpkin Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Bake potatoes for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, cool 10-15 minutes.
  3. Mash cooled potatoes with fork and combine with pumpkin puree. Stir in oil and spices. (For smoother mash, combine ingredients with an immersion blender.)
