Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 4 heaping cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter cold, cut into cubes
- Vanilla ice cream for serving

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 8x8-inch (or 2- to 3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.

In baking dish, gently toss together berries, granulated sugar and cornstarch.

In large mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and salt. Add butter and use hands or pastry cutter to work butter into dry ingredients until pea-sized chunks form.

In baking dish, arrange topping over berries in even layer.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving with ice cream.
