Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, butter, water and vanilla.
  3. Add remainder of ingredients except chocolate and raspberries and whisk until well blended.
  4. Stir in most of chocolate and raspberries, reserving some for top of muffins.
  5. Into greased or paper cup-lined muffin pan, spoon batter into 12 wells. Sprinkle on remainder of chocolate chunks and raspberries.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
