  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or line 9x5 loaf pan.
  2. In large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper and herbs.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, olive oil and yogurt until smooth.
  4. Fold wet ingredients into dry until combined.
  5. Gently mix in zucchini, tomatoes, cheese and herbs.
  6. Pour into your loaf pan and smooth top.
  7. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until golden and toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing!
