Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 11x7 or 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 baking pan.
  2. In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder.
  3. Stir in coconut oil, sugar, juice, zest and egg. Combine well.
  4. Pour batter into baking pan. Bake 30 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
