Ingredients
- 2 cans coconut cream
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup 100% chocolate
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup raspberries

In small sauce pan over medium heat, pour one can of coconut cream and heat until bubbles form around the edges. Stir in cocoa powder, vanilla and chocolate. Add berries and stir into a thick consistency.

In separate bowl, whip other can of coconut cream. Pour hot chocolate mixture into the whipped cream and fold well.

Pour into small ramekins or dessert bowls with a spatula. Chill up to two hours.
