When the chocolate craving comes on, look to this vegan mousse for the cure. You’ll dive head first into a rich, intensely chocolatey dessert, so be prepared for depth of flavor! This recipe uses chocolate in many forms, including powder, chips, even in its most intense 100% variety. The vegan cream of choice is coconut cream, and added to that is vanilla for creamy texture and flavor. Top the finished mousse with raspberries for a hit of tartness to contrast the richness.
