- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp. whole ground flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup raisins
Instructions

In medium mixing bowl, stir together oat flour, rolled oats, salt and baking powder.
