Sweet Brown Rice Cereal

Tired of the same old hot cereal? Spruce things up with this protein-packed brown rice version - your kids will love the subtle sweet flavor and you’ll love how it keeps you full until lunchtime!



  1. In a large saucepan, bring almond milk and salt to a boil. (Note: Add salt while the almond milk is still cold.)
  2. Stir in cereal. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 2 minutes, or until slightly thin (cereal will thicken substantially later).
  3. Turn off heat and stir in protein powder. Add coconut crystals to taste.
  4. Cover and let stand for a few minutes before serving.
