Apple Strudel Overnight Oats

Instructions

  1. In mason jar, combine oats, chia, hemp seeds, cinnamon, cardamom and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix well. Note: Make sure liquid covers oats. If there’s not enough, add more milk or a little bit of water, mix and set aside.
  3. In small bowl, combine apples with lemon juice and cinnamon. Toss to coat.
  4. Spoon apples and chopped walnuts on top of prepared oats. Top with a drizzle of maple syrup, if desired. Cover with lid and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before serving. Enjoy within four days.
