Cake
- 1-1/2 cups almond flour
 - 3/4 cup coconut flour
 - 1-1/2 Tbsp. molasses
 - 2 Tbsp. monkfruit sweetener
 - 2 eggs beaten
 - 1/2 cup vegan butter
 - 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
 - 1 Tbsp. vanilla
 - 2 tsp. ground ginger
 - 2 tsp. cinnamon
 - 1/2 tsp. allspice
 - Pinch of salt
 
Toppings
- Powdered monkfruit sweetener
 - Cherries or pomegranate seeds
 - Mint leaves
 
Instructions
- 
										Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
 - 
										In medium mixing bowl, combine almond and coconut flour, sweetener, spices and salt.
 - 
										In separate bowl, add eggs, vanilla, coconut oil and vegan butter.
 - 
										Add dry mixture into wet mixture. Mix until well combined.
 - 
										Pour into greased bundt pan.
 - 
										Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
 - 
										Remove from oven and cool.
 - 
										Decorate with powdered monkfruit sweetener, unsweetened coconut flakes, cherries or pomegranate seeds and fresh mint leaves.
