  1. In crockpot, stir together chicken broth and evaporated milk. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to ensure seasoning is evenly distributed.
  2. Cook on high 4 hours or on low 5-6 hours (Note: Potatoes will be soft.)
  3. Prior to serving, shred cooked chicken in crockpot.
