			Ingredients
- 16 oz. white chocolate chips
 - 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
 - 2 Tbsp. matcha powder plus more for sifting
 - 2 tsp. lemon zest
 - 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste or scrapings of 1 vanilla bean
 - Pinch fine sea salt
 
Instructions

										Line 8 x 8-inch square pan with baking parchment, allowing 1-inch overhang on all sides.

										In large metal bowl, combine white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Sit bowl over pan of simmering water. Melt, whisking gently, until completely melted. Remove from heat.

										Sift matcha powder over white chocolate. Whisk briskly to combine.
 - 
										Whisk in lemon zest, vanilla bean paste and sea salt.
 - 
										Pour into prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

										Slice into squares to serve. Refrigerate in airtight container up to 1 week.
