  1. Preheat and grease waffle iron.
  2. In small bowl, blend wet ingredients together.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until smooth. Batter will be thick.
  4. Spoon 1/3 cup of batter in center of waffle iron and cook until waffle iron beeps.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
