Ingredients
- 1 lb. flap steak
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 shallot chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Sauce
- 1/4 cup tamari sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Instructions

In small bowl, combine all ingredients for sauce. Set aside.

In skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add shallots and sauté briefly, then add steak and cook 2 minutes per side before removing from pan.

Set heat under skillet to medium, add broccoli and sauté 2-3 minutes, then add sauce to skillet.

Slice steak and add to skillet, stir frying until cooked to desired doneness.
