- 2 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup ghee melted
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 cup organic sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 red apple chopped
