Skin-Nourishing Carrot Cake Bliss Balls

  1. In bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Use water to moisten batter, if needed. Sweeten and/or add salt to taste.
  2. Use large spoon, cookie scoop or hands to scoop batter into balls.
  3. Use hands to roll scoops into about 1-½ -in. round balls. Roll in shredded coconut, if desired.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge.
