Ingredients
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. oat flour
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
- 1 Tbsp. hemp hearts or pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup raisins
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- ⅓ cup finely grated carrot
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. water if needed
- ¼ cup shredded coconut optional
Instructions

In bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Use water to moisten batter, if needed. Sweeten and/or add salt to taste.

Use large spoon, cookie scoop or hands to scoop batter into balls.

Use hands to roll scoops into about 1-½ -in. round balls. Roll in shredded coconut, if desired.
