  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In bowl, mix together cranberries, maple syrup, vanilla, 1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Scoop mixture into 6x6-inch, or similar, baking dish.
  4. In bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, coconut oil, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sea salt; spoon mixture evenly on top of cranberry mixture, patting down slightly.
  5. Bake 45 minutes.
