Dairy-Free Tzatziki Sauce

by | Updated: July 23rd, 2025

Cool, creamy and bursting with fresh flavor, this dairy-free tzatziki is your new go-to dip, dollop or drizzle! Made with tangy plant-based yogurt, crisp grated cucumber and a pop of bright lemon and dill, it’s a refreshingly light take on the classic Greek sauce. A hint of olive oil adds richness, while salt and pepper round out the flavor. Serve it chilled with warm pita, spoon it over grain bowls or use it as a zesty spread for wraps and sandwiches.

  • 1 cup dairy-free yogurt plain
  • 1/2 cup or 2 small cucumbers grated, liquid pressed out
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh dill minced

  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
