Made with wholesome, plant-based ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry, these sweet treats take practically no time or effort to make. For extra chocolatey goodness, stir in a scoop of vegan chocolate chips.

Easy Vegan Brownies

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray 8x8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In medium bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
  4. Stir in sugar, coconut oil, water and ground flaxseed.
  5. Pour batter into 8x8 baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle on chocolate chips.
  7. Bake 15 minutes.
