Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except black salt) in medium sized bowl and whisk until smooth. The mixture should be consistency of pancake batter.

Heat medium nonstick pan over medium heat with oil. Once warmed, add in batter. Cook for 6-8 minutes, mixing often, until mixture reaches consistency of scrambled eggs.

Sprinkle with black salt to taste and serve immediately.
