Matcha & Honey Ice Pops with Coconut Milk

Matcha, coconut milk, honey and lemon zest – that combo is a matcha made in heaven! These sweet, creamy ice pops are so refreshing on sun-filled days. With only five wholesome ingredients, they’re simple to make and still packed full of green tea goodness. Enjoy these perfectly healthy matcha popsicles poolside, beachside or even inside!

Matcha & Honey Ice Pops with Coconut Milk

  1. In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and mix until completely smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
  2. Taste mixture and adjust lemon and honey to taste.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and place stick or lid into each to seal.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
  5. If desired, sprinkle with additional matcha powder to serve.

Recipe Notes

To remove from ice pop mold, run each popsicle under warm water for about 5 seconds.
