Inspired by the love of milk tea, this collagen infused brown sugar milk tea chia pudding is a comforting blend of the creamy goodness of milk tea with the power of collagen and the satisfying texture of chia seeds. Topped with a sweet and crunchy, syrupy, cinnamon nut mixture, it’s the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert. Enjoy it chilled for a delightful and nutritious treat.

Brown Sugar Milk Tea Chia Pudding With Collagen

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in saucepan until just boiling. Add teabags and remove from heat. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain into bowl or jar and cover.
  2. Add brown sugar, collagen and chia seeds, then cover and place in fridge for at least 4 hours.
  3. Chop nuts roughly (not too fine) and add them to hot pan with oil, stirring frequently until toasted.
  4. Remove from heat and mix with maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Store in airtight container until ready to serve.
  5. Divide chia pudding into two servings and top with syrupy nuts to serve.
