Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 bags English Breakfast tea
- 1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 scoop unflavored Codeage Multi Collagen Peptides + Hyaluronic Acid Powder
- Pinch of sea salt
Nuts
- 4 Tbsp. mixed nuts and seeds
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Pinch sea salt
Instructions

Heat milk in saucepan until just boiling. Add teabags and remove from heat. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain into bowl or jar and cover.

Add brown sugar, collagen and chia seeds, then cover and place in fridge for at least 4 hours.

Chop nuts roughly (not too fine) and add them to hot pan with oil, stirring frequently until toasted.

Remove from heat and mix with maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Store in airtight container until ready to serve.

Divide chia pudding into two servings and top with syrupy nuts to serve.
