Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour regular or gluten free
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed + 3 Tbsp. water, combined into flax egg
Glaze
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

In medium mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
