Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In medium mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
  3. Add wet ingredients to mixing bowl and stir together.
  4. Pour batter into 8 x 5-inch bread pan. Bake 20-23 minutes.
  5. In bowl, whisk together glaze ingredients. Pour over warm bread. Slice and serve.
  6. Refrigerate leftover bread and consume within 4 days.
