Paleo Apple Pecan Blondies

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In large bowl, combine cassava flour, cinnamon, sea salt and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, mix together maple syrup, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla and egg.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients; mix well. Fold in apples.
  5. Pour into baking dish and spread batter evenly. Top with spiced pecans.
  6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean.
