Ingredients

Toppings

  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese vegan or dairy

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin pan with muffin cups.
  2. Into large mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt and spices.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  4. With medium ice cream scoop, spoon batter into muffin cups.
  5. Top each muffin with 1 teaspoon pizza sauce and 1 teaspoon shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake 25-30 minutes until muffins are cooked through.
