Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups einkorn flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. pink salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. egg replacer + 2 Tbsp water combined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk or dairy milk
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese vegan or dairy
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 1/4 cup mini bell pepper diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled sausage cooked and cooled
Toppings
- Pizza sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese vegan or dairy
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin pan with muffin cups.

Into large mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt and spices.

Fold in remaining ingredients.
