Bright, berry-packed and bursting with flavor, this raspberry chia jam is a simple way to spread a little joy. Naturally sweetened with maple syrup and spiced with just a hint of cinnamon and cardamom, it delivers a cozy, craveable twist on classic jam – without the refined sugars or lengthy prep. The magic ingredient? Chia seeds! They’re tiny but mighty nutritional powerhouses loaded with plant-based omega-3s, fiber and essential minerals. Not only do they add wholesome goodness, but they also work as a natural thickener, transforming juicy raspberries into a lush, spoonable spread in minutes. Keep a jar in the fridge for an easy, better-for-you way to enjoy summer-fresh flavor any time of year!
