Want a quick and delicious weeknight dinner? Get toasted! No, we’re not saying you should break out the tequila on a Tuesday night. (But if that’s your jam, no judgment.) We’re talking about making tostadas, a beloved Mexican main dish that’s made on top of toasted tortillas. This version features chopped salmon and a surprisingly delicious combination of crushed cashews and crisp broccoli slaw, in addition to traditional toppings like avocado and tomatoes. Drizzle with homemade crema sauce for a spicy finish.
