Ingredients
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter unsweetened
- 1-1/4 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 3/4 cups dark chocolate chips
- Flaky salt to top

Line 8”x8” dish with parchment paper.

In microwave-safe glass bowl, microwave peanut butter in 15 second increments until smooth and thinned out.

In large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, salt and vanilla extract. Mix in melted peanut butter. Spread evenly into prepared dish.

Combine coconut oil and dark chocolate; melt until smooth. Evenly spread over peanut butter. Lightly tap pan to flatten chocolate layer.

Sprinkle over flaky salt. Refrigerate until fully set, about 30 minutes.

Serve chilled.
Recipe Notes
- To make a nut-free version, swap the peanut butter for sunflower seed butter and the almond flour for coconut flour.
- Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
