Made with almond flour and plant-based dark chocolate, they’re naturally gluten-free and vegan friendly; and, coming together in just minutes, they’re incredibly easy to make. Bonus: you probably already have most of the ingredients in your pantry! Instructions

  1. Line 8”x8” dish with parchment paper.
  2. In microwave-safe glass bowl, microwave peanut butter in 15 second increments until smooth and thinned out.
  3. In large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, maple syrup, salt and vanilla extract. Mix in melted peanut butter. Spread evenly into prepared dish.
  4. Combine coconut oil and dark chocolate; melt until smooth. Evenly spread over peanut butter. Lightly tap pan to flatten chocolate layer.
  5. Sprinkle over flaky salt. Refrigerate until fully set, about 30 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled.

Recipe Notes

  • To make a nut-free version, swap the peanut butter for sunflower seed butter and the almond flour for coconut flour.
  • Freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
