Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 cup sourdough discard unfed
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Add butter to saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it foams and turns golden brown. Pour into mixing bowl and let cool for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add sugars and mix until combined.

Next, stir in eggs, vanilla and sourdough discard. Mix until just combined.

Add all remaining ingredients (excluding chocolate chips).
