  1. In medium skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef.
  2. Stir in seasonings and 1/3 cup water.
  3. Add cooked pasta, tomatoes and cilantro, cook for additional 5-10 minutes to heat through.
  4. Top with cheese and stir until melted. Serve warm.
