Ingredients
- 1 lb. pasture-raised ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cups cooked elbow pasta regular or gluten-free
- 1 cup tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese dairy or vegan
