Vegan Mac and Cheese With Broccoli

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, add fresh broccoli to last 5 minutes of cooking.
  3. Drain pasta and broccoli, add back to cooking pot and stir in cheese and milk. Add spices. Stir until combined.
  4. Serve warm.

Recipe Notes

If preferred, broccoli can be roasted before adding to drained cooked pasta. Roast on sheet pan in oven at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
