Ingredients
- 1 lb. organic grass-fed ground beef
- 1 lb. organic carrots peeled and grated
- 6 oz. cooked jasmine rice
- 1 large free-range egg whisked
- 2 Tbsp. gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil

Place grated carrots in clean cloth or cheesecloth and squeeze out excess moisture. Set aside.

In bowl, combine carrot, beef, rice, egg, flour and spices using your hands to knead mixture until mixed well.
