  1. Place grated carrots in clean cloth or cheesecloth and squeeze out excess moisture. Set aside.
  2. In bowl, combine carrot, beef, rice, egg, flour and spices using your hands to knead mixture until mixed well.
  3. With wet hands, portion mixture into roughly 2-inch meatballs.
  4. In large skillet, heat avocado oil over medium-high heat. When oil is heated well, add meatballs (in batches if necessary) and brown on all sides, about 6 - 8 minutes.
  5. Serve as desired.
